7. Convert the identity authentication of our portal web application from Windows to Claims.

PowerShell statement: Convert-SPWebApplication -Identity "https://<webappurl>" -To Claims –RetainPermissions [-Force]

e.g. Convert-SPWebApplication -Identity "http://SPTeamPortal/" -To Claims –RetainPermissions

8. Upgrade the experience of our portal site collection and My Site‘s site collection from SP2010 to SP2013.
