The IBM Rational System Architect 11.4.0.3 installer and the optional installers are available on Fix Central. To download the installers, proceed as follows:- Go to Fix Central: http://www-933.ibm.com/support/fixcentral/
- Click the Product Group field and select Rational.
- For Product, select IBM Rational System Architect.
- For Installed Version , select 11.4.0.3.
- For Platform, select Windows.
- Click Continue twice.
- Select fix pack: 11.4-fp3-Rational-SA11_4fp3Windows.
- Click Continue.
- Select Download using your browser (HTTP).
- Click Continue.
- Click on the ratlSysArch_11-4-0-3.exe link to run or save the executable file.
